Water and Sewer Service

THE CITY OF JOHN DAY PROVIDES WATER AND WASTEWATER SERVICES TO RESIDENTS INSIDE CITY LIMITS AND SOME SURROUNDING AREAS.

 Water Meters are read monthly, billing is completed at the end of each month, and balances are due by the 15th of each month. 10 days after the due date there will be a $20 late fee applied to each account.

To set up these services:

            Fill out an application and submit it to the utility billing clerk via email, mail, or fax.

PAYMENTS can be made by mail, over the phone, in person, or after hours in the Payment Drop Box at City Hall.
