The City of John Day has airport industrial property available!

Airport Industrial property (Zoning Code AIP) is available for purchase.

Pricing Structure:

• Numbered lots are $15,500 per acre. See attached map.
• To buy all land up to the gravel road behind applicable lots is an additional $12,500
• Limit two parcels per buyer. John Day City Council may vote to authorize larger purchases.
• Lots still available are
  • Numbered lots 9-12 and 21-24 (each one acre),
  • Lot 28 (7 acres),
  • Lot 29 (60 acres), and
  • Lot 37 (5.68 acres).
