Meadowbrook II Renovation

Renovation of the Meadowbrook II apartments will begin in the summer of 2017. The property owner, Northwest Real Estate Capital Corporation (NWRECC), is a 501(c)(3) Idaho corporation specializing in the property management and rehabilitation of HUD/Section 8, Rural Development, and Tax Credit Housing. NWRECC has partnered with Oregon Housing Community Services (OHCS) and the PNC Financial Services Group to renovate the 19 apartments that make up Meadowbrook II.
Construction is scheduled to begin in July and continue through October. CSDI Construction is the prime contractor for the effort and has extensive experience in public sector housing renovations throughout Oregon. The team intends to remodel 4-5 units at a time, with each set taking 3-4 weeks to complete.
An open house will be held June 7, 2017 at 11 AM at the Meadowbrook II apartments to provide local subcontractors additional information on the project.
