Public Notice of Executive Session
Calendar Date:
The John Day City Council will meet in Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e), which permits the council to meet in executive session to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions. Executive session will be held from 6-7 PM on May 9, 2017, at the John Day Fire Station, 316 S. Canyon Boulevard. Representatives of the news media and designated staff will be allowed to attend the executive session. All other members of the audience will be asked to leave the room.
