Innovation Gateway Business Park & W. 7th Street Construction
About the Project
West 7th Street construction plans are now complete and out for bid.
Scope of the Project
This project includes the following components:
- Construction of West 7th Street (24-foot paved asphalt concrete)
- New 14-acre Business Park subdivision
- Multi-modal access to the new John Day Water Reclamation Facility and riverfront recreation area
- Improved OTEC entry parking lot with electric vehicle charging station(s)
- Trail connections to the John Day River
- Repair of damaged section of Patterson Bridge Road and new stormwater management system to prevent future water damage
Riverfront Access to the Innovation Gateway Business Park
This project includes future connections to site of new Grant Count Library and 7th Street Sports Complex, as well as the Innovation Gateway Business Park.
Future Lot Sales
